Group Yoga Sessions
We offer exclusive private group yoga sessions tailored to your needs, available at our intimate private studio, The Healing Centre in Larkhall, for up to 6 people.
We are also happy to travel to deliver these sessions, within workplaces or private spaces.
For a truly revitalising experience, yoga sessions can be combined with a breathwork session, which brings a different level of clarity and insight.
In addition to private group sessions, we specialise in workplace wellbeing programs designed to support employee health and productivity. Our bespoke yoga programs are customised to suit your business needs and can be delivered either onsite at your workplace or virtually, providing a convenient way to foster wellness and mindfulness within your team.
